Describe the protocol, the port, and the exact line from FileZilla’s message log. Filenilla reads technical questions and replies when it can. A reply is not guaranteed, and there is no response-time promise.

What helps
- FTP, FTPS, or SFTP, and the port you used.
- The first failed status or response line, including any three-digit code.
- Whether a greeting appeared before the failure.
What to leave out
Do not send passwords, private keys, or full account identifiers. Filenilla does not sign in to your server and does not need those secrets to point at a guide.
There is no public street address. Email is the contact method.
